Living Walls Atlanta

Atlanta was recently graced with the presence of many well known street artist from all over the world. Their weekend gathering in the city was for an attempt to promote "Street Art" (not the typical high school tags that Atlanta is used to), not only to convince the conservative natives of its beauty, but also to give Atlanta its own taste of culture. Artist such as Greg Mike (local ATLien), Chris Stain, Swampy, Know Hope, The $tatus Faction, Yema, Oso y Panda many more swept through the streets of Atlanta bringing life to walls, train yards, dumpsters and anywhere else you would think to find the empty spray cans and dripping wheat paste.

The artists visit also including a conference/ gallery show of artists work, held at Atlanta's own Eye Drum. This event attracted the attention of a great deal of the local artist crowd including myself. And of course I couldn't forget my camera. Here are some snapshots of the work that was up. Enjoy!
